Many FAQ are asked and answered here but please call, text or email if you cant see what you need here. We would always prefer you ask than assume or wonder. We are an online business but we also want to get to know our customers, their needs and wants. With your help we can be always improving our business.

How will I know when you will deliver?

We will text when heading to your home/business and text again when it’s delivered. Please just call if you’re concerned about anything regarding delivery of your products.

What if I would prefer pick up?

That’s no problem. You can pickup in Salamander Bay during shopping hours. Your products will be refrigerated and ready for pickup at a time that suits you.

Does a gift Voucher need to be used all at once?

We are happy for you to use the voucher in as many individual sales as you want, however, we may need to add extra freight charges. As each situation is different please call 0417 278 788 for more info.
